Delivery, Return and Refund Policy

  1. Definitions
    • The website https://WonderPix.siuwan.tech (the “Website”) is owned and operated by SiuWan Technology Limited (“WonderPix” or “we”).
    • “You” or “User” means any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Services.
    • “Custom Image”: An image with the user’s face swapped into a selected image template using WonderPix’s face swap technology.
    • “Store Credits”: Credits purchased from WonderPix to redeem for digital products and services on the Website, including customer image generation.
    • “Coupons”: Discount coupons issued by WonderPix to redeem for products and services subject to the coupon terms.
  2. Your Consent and Acceptance of this Policy
    • By using our website, you signify your consent to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our site. Your continued use of the site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
  3. Changes to Policy
    • WonderPix may update and amend the clauses of this Policy from time to time without notice by posting on the Website, electronic mailing or notification on your account. You should review the Policy periodically for changes. The updated Policy shall take effect immediately upon posting, electronic mailing or notification.
  4. Generation and Delivery of Custom Images
    • WonderPix aims to generate and deliver custom images with the user’s face swapped into selected image templates within approximately 4 to 36 hours of confirming the acceptance of the payment and depending on system load. The custom images will be sent to the email address on the user’s WonderPix account. The user can also access and download the custom images by logging into their WonderPix account. WonderPix may request proof of payment, such as transaction records, at its discretion before generating the custom images.
    • WonderPix shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery due to matters outside of its reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, technical issues, acts of nature, war, labor disputes, or system failures.
    • In the unlikely event WonderPix is unable to deliver the custom images within 5 business days of accepting payment from the user due to system failure or outage, the user may request a full refund for that order within 14 days of placing it. WonderPix reserves the right to determine if a technical issue qualifies for a refund.
    • The delivered images are subject to the photo uploaded by the user and payment accepted by WonderPix meeting requirements and specifications for optimal results. WonderPix shall not be liable if image quality is affected by issues with the photo or payment submitted by the user.
    • WonderPix reserves the right to delay delivery until it has verified payment from the user, who may need to provide proof of payment such as transaction records.
  5. Redo and Refund of Custom Images
    • Orders for custom image generations, once processed and delivered, are nonrefundable. Custom images are created according to unique customer specifications and requirements, using time and resources to produce one-of-a-kind end products.
    • In the very unlikely event, if your custom image has one or more of the following issues, please contact us for another free attempt:
    • the user’s face appears distorted, blurred, or pixilated;
    • there are jagged edges, roughness or visible seams around the integrated face;
    • facial proportions seem off or the face appears tilted or asymmetrical in the template;
    • key facial features like eyes, nose or mouth are obscured or do not align properly;
    • the user’s face looks opaque, dull or two-dimensiona;
    • there are visible remnants of the original face remaining on or around the user’s face.
    • If technology limitations prevent WonderPix from fulfilling user requirements, WonderPix may suggest alternative approaches, such as requesting that users provide another photo or use a different image template. WonderPix will provide 1 additional free attempt to fulfill the user’s requirements.
    • Should WonderPix still be unable to fulfill the user’s requirements after the additional free attempt due to technical limitations, the user may request a full refund for the amount paid for that specific service, subject to WonderPix’s Delivery, Return and Refund Policy. The request for refund must be made within 7 days of the second unsuccessful attempt.
    • WonderPix reserves the right to determine technical limitations and the feasibility of fulfilling user requirements. The results provided are subject to the content submitted by users meeting the correct specifications and guidelines stated on WonderPix’s website.
    • WonderPix reserves the right to make the final decision.
  6. Refund of the Store Credits and Coupons
    • Store credits purchased from WonderPix and coupons are not refundable, redeemable for cash, or transferable. They have no cash value and may only be redeemed for WonderPix digital products.
    • Unused store credit funds and coupons are forfeit if not used before expiration. Ensure you wish to redeem them for available products and services prior to purchase.
  7. General Policy
    • Except as stated above for custom image generations, store credits and coupons, WonderPix will typically evaluate standard refund requests on a case-by-case basis:
      • Refund requests must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery or shipping for physical product purchases, whichever comes first. Only regular priced physical product purchases may be refunded. Sale items are not refundable.
      • Proof of purchase and reasons for seeking a refund should be provided. WonderPix reserves the right to decline invalid or uncontrollable reasons.
      • Physical items must be returned unused in original condition. Customers pay return shipping costs.
      • Once returned items approved, refunds will be issued to original payment method within 14 business days.
      • Digital goods, custom services, gift cards, software and certain perishable goods are exempt from refund.

  2. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
    • All clauses in this document shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
  3. Translations
    • Some parts of the website have been translated into other languages using a translation software or services. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the translated version, the English version shall prevail.
    • To ensure clarity and prevent potential misunderstandings arising from translated versions, we provide this document solely in English.
